- Agronomic knowledge, or a serious commitment to developing it
- The patience to build real relationships before expecting real results
- Integrity — you will not oversell, and you will not promise what our products cannot deliver
Open Positions
We are actively expanding into key growing regions across the U.S. and looking for people who want to be part of that growth from the ground up.
- Regional Agronomic Sales Representative — Build Ocean Agro’s presence in your territory by working directly with growers and certified crop advisors. Your job is not to close deals — it is to understand problems, build trust, and demonstrate that our products deliver real value under real conditions. Success here is measured in long-term grower relationships and repeat business, not call volume.
- Territory Development Representative — For experienced ag professionals ready to open new ground for Ocean Agro in regions where we have little or no presence. You will identify key growing areas, establish grower contacts, and build the foundation for sustainable business in your territory. This role suits someone who has operated independently before and understands both the patience that direct-to-grower work requires — and the rewards that come with it.
